1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player," "you," "your") and 2pk365 ("the Company," "we," "us," "our"), governing your access to and use of the 2pk365 website at 2pk365.net and all associated services, software, and products offered thereon.

3. Account Registration

Each individual Player is permitted to hold one (1) 2pk365 account only. The creation of duplicate accounts — whether using the same identity, device, IP address, payment method, or household — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 2pk365 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and confiscate any balances therein.

3.2 Account Information Accuracy

Acceptable documents include government-issued photo identification, proof of address dated within three months, and proof of ownership of any payment method used. 4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Methods

4.2 Minimum Deposits and Withdrawals

4.4 Currency

5. Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on 2pk365 are subject to the specific game rules applicable to the relevant product — sports betting, casino games, live dealer tables, or slots — as published within the game interface or help section. In the event of any conflict between product-specific rules and these Terms, the product-specific rules shall prevail in respect of the specific bet or game in question.

2pk365 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event or market that has been incorrectly priced due to a manifest error, system fault, or human error. Players who are found to have knowingly exploited manifest pricing errors may have their accounts restricted or closed and any associated winnings voided.

All casino game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators (RNG) or, in the case of live dealer games, by the physical outcomes of genuine dealing and spinning equipment operated by trained professionals. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for all slot and RNG casino games are published within the respective game information panels.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

2pk365 offers promotional bonuses from time to time, the terms of which are published separately for each promotion. All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. 8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 2pk365 platform and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of any account balance:

9. Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. 10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 2pk365 and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of gaming funds resulting from technical failures beyond the Company's reasonable control.

While the Company endeavours to maintain continuous service availability, it does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform and accepts no liability for any losses resulting from scheduled or unscheduled maintenance, technical failures, or connectivity issues attributable to third-party providers.

11. Privacy & Data Protection

The collection, use, and storage of personal data by 2pk365 is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. 12. Termination & Account Closure

2pk365 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close a Player's account at any time, with or without prior notice, if the Company believes that the Player has breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or for any other reason the Company deems sufficient in its sole discretion. Upon closure of an account for Terms violation, any remaining balance may be forfeited in accordance with the nature of the breach.

Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting 2pk365 customer support via the live chat facility within the account dashboard. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining eligible balance will be returned to the Player's verified payment method after the completion of outstanding wagering requirements, if applicable.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 2pk365 holds its gaming licence. In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the 2pk365 platform, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally through the 2pk365 customer support channel. If informal resolution is not achieved within 30 days, the dispute shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the relevant regulatory authority.
